We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help us expand in the U.S. market. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and excel at closing deals, we want you on our team!

Your Mission

  • Drive the growth of qualified opportunities in the U.S. market and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from proactive outreach and discovery calls to negotiations and contracts.
  • Position Atlantix as a strategic partner to innovation and R&D teams, venture arms, and corporate scouts.
  • Leverage your existing industry network and expand it to accelerate deal flow and shorten sales cycles.
  • Identify high-potential segments (e.g. IT, Healthcare, Fintech, Energy, Automotive) and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product to shape go-to-market strategy and refine our ICP.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales — especially in consulting, tech scouting, open innovation, or enterprise services.
  • Strong industry network in one or more of our key verticals, and the ability to activate it effectively.
  • Confidence working with C-level executives and senior innovation stakeholders; strong storytelling and pitch skills.
  • Strategic thinker — you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions that deliver business value.
  • Highly proactive and adaptable — you know how to build a pipeline from scratch and thrive in a fast-moving startup.
  • Fluent in data-driven sales processes — familiar with CRM tools, metrics, and best practices for managing B2B pipelines.
