AI Training & Quality Manager, HR Tech (Remote Americas)

Location: Remote (North or South America). The role is ideal for candidates based in LATAM, with flexibility to work within US business hours (6AM-8PM ET).

Your Key Responsibilities

1) Build an Effective Moderation Process

• Create a reliable system for high-quality job content verification
• Ensure accurate job descriptions and categorization
• Develop quality standards that can scale with our growing volume
• Establish processes that deliver quick reviews (under 1 hour)

2) Team Leadership

• Lead a team of 3-5 content moderators across US time zones
• Set clear performance goals: rapid response time, 80%+ accuracy, efficient processing
• Provide regular reports to leadership
• Maintain a small but effective team (max 5-7 people)

3) AI Improvement

• Identify common patterns in job listings to assist our AI team
• Help collect training examples for our parsing system
• Contribute to making our automation smarter and more reliable

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR operations, or team management
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Availability during US business hours (6AM-8PM ET)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Process-oriented mindset
• Data-driven approach to team performance
• Comfort with basic tech tools and dashboards

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations or HR tech
• Track record of building reliable processes
• Experience managing remote teams
• Familiarity with AI tools (no technical expertise required)
