 👌 Job Title:

We are looking for a Implementation Manager who will oversee the implementation and deployment of our B2B SaaS product to customers. If you have experience in a similar role in SaaS, e-commerce, Oracle, Microsoft etc and professional English proficiency, we will be glad to see you on our team!

💻Job responsibilities:

• Implementation Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of customer workflows.
• Issue Resolution: Detect, analyse, and troubleshoot challenges related to customer operations, data integrations, and system configurations.
• Quality Assurance: Design and execute testing protocols to confirm successful implementations, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and performance align with customer expectations
• Process Optimisation: Continuously enhance onboarding and implementation workflows to boost efficiency, minimise errors, and elevate the customer experience
• Documentation & Training:  Create comprehensive documentation and internal resources to support standardised, scalable implementations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to align implementation strategies with platform advancements and client requirements.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Launch Manager / Implementation Manager with SaaS (required)
• Experience in B2B in the field of IT, SaaS and e-commerce, minimum 4 years;
• A big plus is the presence of a relevant network in the E-commerce;
• Experience as a product manager is highly desirable;
• Professional English proficiency (spoken and written);
• Experience in business trips and on-site product implementations;
• Strong communication and project management skills;
• Willingness to travel and work with international clients
• Developed communication skills, the ability to convey the value of the product to the client;
• Persistent and bring things to the end.
