DataSpike is a new player in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technology on the global market. As we expand our team, we are ready to welcome our first Marketing Manager, a pivotal role directly contributing to our growth and success.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be the initial marketing hire reporting directly to the COO and helping to shape our brand and strategy from the ground up. If you are startup-minded, ready to share your expertise, and grow with a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you.
Your Tasks:
- Market Analysis: Dive into ’s market, competitors, trends, and opportunities for differentiation. Build detailed profiles of buyer personas.
- Strategy Sharpening: Develop a multi-channel lead generation strategy with:
- Target audience segmentation
- Channel mix optimization (paid ads, content, social, email, events)
- Lead qualification and scoring
- Campaign Execution: Launch and track targeted lead generation campaigns across chosen channels. Manage external agencies to enforce marketing efforts.
- Content Management: Oversee the management of the website and landing pages.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales for a smooth lead handoff and on CRM integration.
Minimal requirements:
- English B2 or higher
- Previous experience with advertising platforms and independently launching and managing campaigns
- Proven track record in International B2B SaaS marketing (regtech, fintech, banking, crypto, compliance)
