Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales 
 

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to lead our efforts in driving business expansion and client acquisition. In this role, you will oversee business development initiatives, manage and cultivate advertiser and agency relationships, and develop strategies to grow our client base through affiliate marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, affiliate partners, and clients to ensure the alignment of growth strategies with company goals. Your ability to identify new opportunities, foster partnerships, and create impactful sales strategies will be key to accelerating growth and performance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development :

- Identify and develop strong relationships with prospective clients to expand the company's business footprint.

- Drive the acquisition of new clients through effective outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

- Negotiate strategic partnerships, exclusive offers, and promotional terms that lead to mutually beneficial growth.

- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term client satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy & Growth Optimization:

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital ad sales, business development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage client relationships and drive business growth.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
