Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bitrix24 Fullstack PHP Developer to join our growing development team. This role involves working on a large-scale, complex project with an active user base of over 1,000 users, including English-speaking users. Our system is highly customized, and we are continually expanding, optimizing, and integrating new features. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and deep knowledge of Bitrix24, with a proven track record of developing and customizing CRM, document management, and internal systems.

What You Will Do:

• Develop new and enhance existing Bitrix24 modules for CRM, document management, project management, and intranet portals.
• Integrate Bitrix24 with external systems (1C, telephony, and custom-built solutions).
• Work with Bitrix24 API and third-party REST services to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Optimize and maintain the current functionality of the project.
• Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability.
• Provide technical guidance to support teams and project managers.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP 7.x-8.x development.
• Deep knowledge of Bitrix24, including:
  • Development using the D7 core;
  • ORM usage and custom entity creation;
  • Understanding of Bitrix24 architecture and database structure;
  • Development of custom components, modules, and business process activities;
  • Ability to customize Bitrix24 while maintaining system update compatibility.
• Strong JavaScript (BX.js) skills (ability to write and manage JavaScript classes).
• Experience writing complex SQL queries (joins, optimizations).
• Proficiency with Git (branching, conflict resolution, code reviews).
• Experience with CentOS/Bitrix VM (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in communicating in English at a technical level, including providing support to English-speaking users and working with the portal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with support, analytics, and infrastructure teams.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Certifications in 1C-Bitrix/Bitrix24 development and administration.
• Experience developing on 1C-Bitrix: Site Management.
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Yii, Laravel, etc.).
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js 2/3, Angular, React).
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Skills in SQL query optimization using EXPLAIN.
• Experience working with high-load projects, including load testing and performance optimization.

• Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while following UAE business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM UAE time).
