We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and optimize the analytics infrastructure for our B2B channel, driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing overall performance. In this role, you will be responsible for automating PnL and forecasting models, analyzing revenue and expenses, and designing key metrics to monitor the health of the B2B sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and automate PnL and forecasting models for the B2B channel.
- Analyze revenues and expenses, identifying key insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze trends in traffic and sales, identifying areas of improvement.
- Investigate anomalies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain essential metrics to evaluate the health and efficiency of the B2B channel.
- Build and integrate end-to-end analytics solutions with key business tools, including CRM platforms.
- Develop metrics frameworks and a metrics tree to monitor the overall performance and "health" of the B2B sales.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations that drive business results.
Required experience:
- Experience in B2B sales analytics, with a strong understanding of metrics frameworks for efficient business direction analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (any dialect), with familiarity with Clickhouse being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Python/R, including statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries (or proficiency in other programming languages).
- Strong mathematical foundation, including probability theory and statistics, with practical experience conducting A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
- Proficiency in BI tools and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow).
- Proven ability to build and automate PnL and create end-to-end forecasting solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying anomalies, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
