Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming user requests for Shopify apps via email.
- Assisting customers with technical and functional issues.
- Communicating with developers to escalate complex inquiries.
- Maintaining a knowledge base (FAQ, guides).
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer support experience.
- English proficiency at C1 level—strong written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of online stores and e-commerce principles is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a friendly tone with customers.
- Self-organization and responsibility.
Conditions:
