Business Analyst (HR tech)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management. You will manage the product roadmap, coordinate project activities, define development requirements, and analyze key metrics to ensure project success.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline, milestones, and features of the product, ensuring alignment with the stakeholders plans
• Plan, implement, coordinate and track to completion all activities necessary for the successful launch of key projects
• Define requirements for the development teams
• Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and impact of implemented projects

What you should have:

• 1-5 years of business analysis/technical product management/technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Developed skills in examination and analysis
• Product development experience: generation, analysis, prioritisation, implementation of ideas and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members, with the ability to facilitate communication across different department
• Experience in SQL or data analysis
• English B2 or higher
