PMO Lead/Senior Project Manager - Trading Platform

We are looking for a highly skilled PMO Lead / Senior Project Manager with expertise in CFD / FX trading to lead critical initiatives and drive the success of our trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Implement very basic setup for Portfolio management (projects & programs) in the company.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Assist with resource management planning.
• Tune project management tools if needed (YouTrack).

In addition:

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, marketing, and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks related to compliance, market fluctuations, and technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in CFD/Forex trading platforms.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale software development projects in fintech or trading.
• Strong understanding of trading technologies, market execution, and risk management systems.
• Familiarity with trading APIs, algorithms, and third-party solution integrations.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the trading domain.
• Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams.
