About the Company:
We are a fast-growing startup led by a dynamic COO, seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team. As we continue to scale, you'll play a critical role in organizing workflows, keeping the team aligned, and helping deliver on key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend regular meetings with the COO and the team to capture and systematize key action points.
- Maintain and manage the project backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed on time.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task flow.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Provide clear reports and updates on project status to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with task management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
