SMM manager

We’re searching for SMM Manager in our Malaysia Marketing Team.

What you will do:

• Develop, implement and manage the brand’s social media strategy for company’s profiles in Malaysia
• Create and execute social media ad campaigns to support business and regional marketing goals
• Manage content calendar for Malaysian social media accounts and ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing initiatives
• Participate in the reporting, goal setting and benchmarking for social channels
• Manage content calendars across multiple platforms (TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
• Analyze the performance of brand’s accounts
• Knowledge of social media tools (LiveDune, Popsters, YouScan, RivalIQ, etc.)
• Trendwatching and marketing research
• Manage reactive social content and UGC
• Manage the team of designers and copywriters
• Work closely with the SMM community within the company

What we expect:

• English (Advanced)
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert knowledge of Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc.
• Experience setting and managing KPIs
• Experience with community management and social listening
• Experience executing paid digital ad campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple digital campaigns and channels with specific audience segments
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management and departments
• Must be data-driven, able to prioritize multiple projects and manage internal deadlines
