Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced, data oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Marketing Analyst at Synergy University, Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing insights, researching competitors, and evaluating marketing strategies to ensure the university's marketing efforts are effective and aligned with its goals. The role involves gathering and interpreting data, extensive data analysis, producing reports, and making recommendations to improve marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential areas for growth in the education sector.
- Analyze competitor strategies, market conditions, and industry developments to inform marketing decisions.
- Collect and interpret data on students' preferences, behavior, and feedback.
Data Management:
- Develop and maintain databases of market data, including demographics, enrollment figures, and survey results.
- Use statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
Reporting and Presentations:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market research findings and marketing performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and marketing teams.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in creating marketing plans and campaigns tailored to specific segments of the education market.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using metrics such as enrollment numbers, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the marketing manager.
Budget Management:
- Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track marketing expenditures and provide analysis on return on investment (ROI).
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, such as admissions, student services, and academic units, to align marketing efforts with overall university goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for market research and marketing campaigns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in marketing and education.
- Propose and implement new methods for improving marketing research and analysis processes.

We are ready to work with you if you have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics,SPSS, SAS, SQL).
- Experience with market research techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with marketing software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (required), Russian (required) and other languages is a plus.
