User Acquisition Manager

A large IT company is looking for a talented manager in the marketing sphere.We are interested in hiring a User acquisition manager as well as a Media buyer/Affiliate marketing manager or Performance marketing specialist. We are looking for a specialist to work in our office in Serbia!

▶ Responsibilities:
- Traffic acquisition: desktop/mobile/in-app.
- Launching advertising campaigns: performance and affiliate marketing in the Serbian market.
- Coordinating work on SEO, ASO, and SMM.
- Collaborating with the creative team to create and test creatives.
- Optimizing and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the budget spent on user acquisition, activation, and reactivation.
- Finding new approaches to achieve KPIs related to volume and profitability.
- Monitoring competitor activities.

- Understanding of internet marketing and the mobile application market.
- Excellent knowledge of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, ARPU, CPA, PPS, etc.
- Ability to work with trackers and analytics systems.
- Experience working with CPA/Revshare offers.

▶ Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5/2.
- Official employment.
- Flexible start time between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Work according to the Serbian production calendar.
