Hungry Minds is a young and ambitious international publishing house and a brand known for high-quality, entertaining products that spark curiosity about life. We are reinventing the coffee table book format, creating our products at the intersection of education, entertainment, and art.

Our first product, The Book, a colorful encyclopedia on the rebuilding civilization, has raised $3.2 mln in pre-orders, then became a bestseller in several countries and has sold over 100,000+ copies worldwide. Many more unique book and non-book projects are on the way, and we are actively seeking talent!

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for design, and a strategic mindset for social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the project's goals and objectives.

Identify target audiences and tailor content to suit different platforms and demographics.

2. Content Creation:

  • Build a strategy for funnels in order to grow Organic Audience (up to Millions of Views); Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Provide regular reports and insights to measure success and inform future strategies.

4. Trend Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Implement innovative approaches to keep the project ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Experience in Tier 1 countries: understanding of main differences between different markets and regions; (must have)

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the creative industry

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
