With 6+ years of expertise and 170 + team members located across the world, we've built an amazing community based on mutual support, respect, and opportunities for professional growth. We work with the American market only. 

Our HR team currently consists of six passionate professionals, and we are excited to expand our team by adding a skilled Digital Recruiter. As a Digital Recruiter, you will lead our trainee program and manage the recruitment for junior and middle positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pool to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates (we use Huntflow).
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and support HR team (These projects may involve talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, performance management enhancements, or any other HR-related projects).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve and optimize recruitment processes and strategies.

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Recruiter, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
