Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner at Seamm, you will be responsible for defining the vision and managing the development of our Technical digital fashion products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered successfully, aligning with our business objectives and surpassing user expectations. You will collaborate directly with our Technical Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and market demands.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the needs of the business and the end users.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, design, and development teams, to gather requirements, define features, and set priorities.
  • Agile Management: Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain product roadmaps that outline the product’s development and release schedule.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring that user feedback and usability testing inform product decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future improvements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product innovation.


  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years in product management, within a tech, e-commerce, or fashion startup environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
  • User Experience: Deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to advocate for user-centered design practices.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid technical background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
