We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational success.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies for talent development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Proactively address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Partner with department heads to implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and coaching. Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and competencies. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to drive cultural transformation, employee engagement, and change management efforts. Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and implement solutions that promote growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - nice to have;
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of best HR practices
- Proven experience leading complex HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent English (C1)
