SMM manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced and proficient English language skills and extensive experience in managing Instagram accounts. You can be in any country where Instagram is not prohibited and works without a VPN.

Responsibilities:

• Visuals and texts for the upcoming week
• Regularly search for references and trends
• Write scripts detailing what and how to shoot to convey the messages we want to transmit on social media
• Editing reels from ready-made videos
• Stories 6 days a week
• Posting 5 times a week
• Texts for posts and reels
• Researching hashtags
• Searching bloggers for collaboration
• Contests and giveaways: create concepts and execution
• Respond to comments

Requirements:

1. Advanced and proficient English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts, including content creation and campaign execution.
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software (Canva, Cap Cut ets)
4. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
5. Demonstrated ability to work within brand guidelines and standards while fostering creativity and innovation.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.
8. A portfolio showcasing previous social media management work, including sample posts, graphics, and campaign materials, is highly desirable.
