Operations Director (remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our rapidly growing digital PR startup as a Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, working directly under the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to define the company's strategic goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development and execution of business plans.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes to optimize productivity. This includes building operational processes and establishing effective workflows for working with journalists, copywriters, and other contributors
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's client base. 
• Financial Management: Work closely with the CEO to develop and manage the company's financial plans and budgets. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement appropriate measures to ensure financial stability and growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Digital PR/Media industry.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and seize opportunities.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.

- Fluent English
