Junior Growth Marketing Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Collating reports and ensuring data accuracy in customer acquisition reports
• Assessing the effectiveness of advertising channels and creatives
• Formulating recommendations for enhancing advertising communications to improve acquisition metrics
• Analyzing the outcomes of marketing campaigns and A/B tests
• Evaluating the incremental impact of advertising channels and campaigns
• Conducting market and competitor analysis, monitoring trends, and providing regular updates
• Participating in acquisition budget planning and channel mix optimization

Requirements:

• Technical background
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to justify ideas with numerical evidence
• Desire to become a growth credit card lead in 1 year
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL skills would be highly advantageous
• English proficiency at C1 level
