  • Implementing operational processes and systems to ensure efficient day-to-day running of both online and offline operations.

Marketing and Sales

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the school and attract students. This involves digital marketing and local community engagement for the online and offline branches.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, implementing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships.

Partnerships and Community Engagement

  • Building relationships with local educational institutions, businesses, and communities to establish partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
  • Participating in local events and activities to raise awareness of the school and contribute to the educational ecosystem in Mexico.

Financial Management

  • Managing the budget for establishing and operating the school branches, including monitoring expenses, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
