Account Manager Amazon (Middle)

The GORA Group is a dynamic, innovative, and successfully developing US-based company specializing in the production and sale of dietary supplements through the popular Amazon platform.

We are developing and an Amazon account manager is required to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Working with Fix to manage stranded inventory and receive Price Alerts. 
• Correction of suppressed listings. 
• Save the Health Account and its metrics. 
• Preparation of technical specifications for the designer and copywriter. 
• Remaining goods control. 
• Reports formation. 
• Shipments control on Amazon. 
• Create listings and participate in the Vine program. 
• Control and updating of A+ premium content (EBC) 
• Control and add deals for listings. 
• Checking the compliance of listings to create advertising campaigns on Amazon. 
• Eliminate Complaints by creating cases and communicating with Amazon Customer Support 
• Passing the FSA for new products. 

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full cycle of product sales on Amazon. 
• English level B1/B2 (spoken). 
• Russian level B2/Advanced
• Experience working on Amazon site.
