СTO/Tech Lead

Duties:

• From tech side:
  • Building out a team of IT specialists driven to develop the MVP and iterate from there.
  • Setting direction to the development process in general while being able to manage team's work quality and roll-out timeline.
• From product side:
  • Have an understanding of how we can iterate through product hypotheses by using quantitative metrics and A/B testing to analyse CX.
  • Readiness to go through customer discovery/CustDev.

Requirements:

• Being flexible. This is not a project with a GTM product, so if you enjoy receiving a technical task from the product side instead of “searching” for the product, our approach to the development process may be fundamentally misaligned.
• Being an able decision-maker. From the tech side, you will have to choose the stack, team, architectural considerations etc when developing the MVP.
• Being driven. What development culture you set in the team through leadership and how you deal with making mistakes is critical to this role.
• English :)

Pluses:

• Any prior experience working on "marketplace" projects.
• Not a conventional industry.
• Experience in working for a top-tech company (less about your development skills, more about your approach to product).
