Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic digital acquisition team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions for our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including classical search, PMAX, and UAC
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as CAC
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, data analytics and SEO to leverage synergies for sustained, profitable growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing strategies
• Continuously optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve user experience and drive conversions
• Take ownership of budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources

Requirements:

• Mastery of classical search, PMAX, and UAC within Google Ads platform
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Deep understanding of the Google Official Manual
• Experience managing SEO/SEM synergies for sustained, profitable growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on both business metrics and acquisition optimization
