FuturHealth operates in the healthy food and medicine market, providing customized meal plans, home delivery of ready-made meal boxes and store items, as well as weight management solutions through telemedicine, medications, and insurance. Operating in one of the largest markets in the USA, FuturHealth addresses the pressing health concern of excess weight among Americans. While primarily a B2C application, the company also develops in-house products crucial for efficient business operations, contributing significantly to its success.

Involving the development of a comprehensive system with various components:

Marketing:

• Marketing tracking and analytics
• Sales funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution analytics
• A/B testing and partial management of advertising bids and budgets

Billing:

• Moved from SaaS subscriptions solutions like Stripe and Recurly over to our in-house billing engine
• Development of custom solutions for processing strategies, dunning, and risk management

Technology Stack:

• Backend: Node.js, Django, Redis, RabbitMQ, Postgres
• Frontend: React, Vue / Nuxt
• Infrastructure: Self-hosted GitLab + CI, DevOps + GCP, Kubernetes cluster, Google Cloud Functions, Cloud Run

Possible tasks and ideas we have right now:

• Integration of Builder.io: Incorporate Builder.io sections, data, and pages into our current system, focusing on enhanced flexibility and customization, and optimizing the integration process for system efficiency.
• LLM Assistant: Develop and implement new features using the latest OpenAI assistant API, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our existing systems.
• Various tasks involving Security, R&D, and Optimization of both systems' performance and development workflows. Making all development related things better in all possible technical and non-technical ways

What You'll Do:

• Develop and enhance the existing systems, with a focus on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and overall system efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Demonstrate strong non-dev skills, including effective communication with clients, proposing innovative solutions, understanding both the product and user needs
• Ability to guide the team: fostering teamwork through mentoring, identifying and cultivating top skills, and optimizing internal development processes, such as onboarding and developer experience, by introducing efficient tools and moderately encouraging the team in these endeavors.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on Django, Vue/Nuxt, and related technologies.
