We are a rapidly growing digital fashion startup at the forefront of blending cutting-edge technology with the latest in fashion trends. Our mission is to revolutionize the fashion industry through innovative digital solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly engaged Discord and Twitter Community Manager to join our vibrant team.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our communities on Discord and Twitter, ensuring alignment with our brand’s mission and values.

- Create and curate compelling content, including announcements, news updates, contests, and interactive activities to stimulate community interaction and participation.

- Monitor discussions, feedback, and trends within the community. Respond to comments, queries, and complaints in a timely and constructive manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify the reach of our campaigns and initiatives across Discord and Twitter platforms.

- Organize and host online events to increase community engagement and brand loyalty (?)

- Analyze and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital fashion trends, community management best practices, and social media tools/features to ensure our community’s vibrant and relevant presence.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing online communities, particularly on Discord and Twitter, within the fashion, technology, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills (English&Russian), both written and verbal.

- Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of social media trends and community feedback.

 

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media or community management.
