Data Engineer

We are looking for a data engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain data pipelines that support our business needs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying data solutions using various tools and technologies, such as API data retrieval, Airflow, databases and cloud platforms.

As a data engineer, you will:
 • Extract, transform and load data from various sources, such as APIs, web services, files, databases, etc.
 • Design and implement data models and schemas to support data analysis and reporting
 • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Airflow to orchestrate and monitor data workflows
 • Implement data storage solutions, such as databases and data lakes, and ensure data quality and consistency
 • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data solutions
 • Troubleshoot and optimize data performance and reliability issues

To be successful in this role, you should have:
 • 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or similar role
 • Proficient in Python, SQL and other programming languages
 • Experience with API data retrieval and integration
 • Experience with Airflow or similar data pipeline tools
 • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
 • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
 • Knowledge of data engineering best practices, such as data modeling, data validation, data quality, etc.
 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
