Senior Dart/Flutter Developer

The Role

As a Senior Dart/Flutter Developer at Sagesse Inc., you will play a key role in the development of our innovative mobile, web, and desktop applications. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality software. As a Senior Dart/Flutter Developer, you will be a crucial member of our development team, responsible for crafting high-quality, cross-platform applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring our applications to life. Your role involves providing mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to the overall technical architecture of Sagesse applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile, web, and desktop applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring applications to life.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and Dart technologies.
• Identify and overcome technical challenges.
• Contribute to the overall technical architecture of the Sagesse applications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications, with knowledge of Dart/Flutter being a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in state management solutions.
• Knowledge of containerization practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to be detail-oriented and self-managing.
• Passion for cross-platform development and a desire to learn new technologies.

These additional skills will be a plus:

• Experience with server-side development using Dart (e.g., Firebase, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of Kotlin.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Driver, Detox).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
