Marketing Designer (Portugal or Luxembourg)

This role assumes an understanding of marketing processes and materials, both digital and print.

Tasks:

• Visual content for social media and ads: You will become the architect of our visual identity online. This includes choosing the right images, coordinating with photographers and videographers for shoots, and playing a significant role in how our brand is seen and experienced by our audience.
• Brand Design: You will develop our brand’s visual narrative.Your creative ideas will be key in crafting the visual identity of our brand through designing eye-catching presentations, unique merchandise, and the packaging for our physical products.
• Website upgrade: You will be tasked with taking our website to a higher level. You’re going to update its look and aim for increased conversions. You will also be experimenting with innovative approaches to keep our site dynamic and engaging.

Required skills and competence:

• Core skills. Solid design skills are essential, along with proven experience working in product teams. The ability to collaborate effectively in such teams and adapt to evolving requirements is crucial.
• A portfolio that demonstrates real impact. We’re looking for clear evidence that your designs have successfully driven conversions or significantly boosted engagement.
• Hardware products marketing. Having experience in marketing hi-tech hardware products is a significant advantage.
