Team Lead Frontend (React)

This is a full time job with hybrid work format in Minsk.

We are seeking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer with a strong background in software development to lead a team and implement web-dased programs. You will work with other Developers throughout the software development life cycle. You should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. 

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

Proficient understanding of web markup, (HTML5, CSS3, responsive)

Good understanding of Typescript

Experience with preprocessors

Understanding BEM methodology

Experience with Git

Experience with React. Understanding Flux-architecture.

Experience with RxJS

Redux Toolkit/Redux Observable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Team Lead you must to set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members meet their potential.

As a Senior Frontend developer: 
Develop new user-facing features

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability

Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
