FuturHealth operates in the healthy food and medicine market, addressing health concerns as well as excess weight through telemedicine, customized nutrition plans, medications, healthy meals delivery, and insurance among Americans. 

While primarily a B2C application, we develop in-house products crucial for efficient business operations, contributing significantly to our success, such as comprehensive system development with components in marketing, billing, development, finance, and customer support. 

Currently, we're implementing a new management system and expanding the growth opportunities and are seeking an inspiring  Product Leader with strong management skills and focus on driving growth and a knack for experimentation.

Meet the squad! We've got three rockstar product managers already on board, each diving deep into different aspects of our main product - from reeling in new customers to keeping them hooked. Plus, we've got a treasure trove of data and killer marketing tools at our disposal. Our team thrives on challenges and isn't afraid to take risks in this ever-changing startup world. We have a wealth of product ideas we're eager to test. We're ready to provide the right candidate with significant autonomy to explore and implement these ideas.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop our team of product managers, ensuring their growth and motivation.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for our product, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new product features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze key product metrics and user feedback to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery of product changes and updates.
  • Establish and optimize processes for effective product management and development.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay informed about industry trends to inform product strategy.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Strong proficiency in Growth Product strategies, with the ability to independently tackle significant challenges for both current and future products.
  • Proven ability to test hypotheses, effectively collaborate with marketing, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with powerful marketing tools that can be leveraged for sales.
  • A proactive approach to decreasing CAC and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in negotiation and presenting results to senior management.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with the American market and mindset.
  • Strong focus on metrics and experience implementing a data-driven approach in product management.

And standard ones: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for mobile applications or platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess product effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to adapt to the dynamic startup environment.
