Emphasoft is engaged in the custom development of IT solutions for our partners from the Western markets. We specialize in innovative projects using the latest technologies. We are engaged in the custom development of IT solutions for our partners. We also work in outstaffing format)

Our company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM). We are looking for an energetic professional with sales experience and the ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Active search and attraction of new clients and partners;
  • Attending various conferences etc.;
  • Support and closure of deals/leads;
  • Work on the development strategy for the main areas of activity;
  • Formation of commercial proposals and contracts;
  • Analysis of the current status of the project;
  • Studying industry trends;
  • Studying current opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT outsourcing and outstaffing sales more than 1 year;
  • Good networking;
  • Excellent communication skills, competent speech and the ability to clearly express one’s thoughts and formulate arguments;
  • Personal sales experience;
  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
