Lead Community and SMM Manager (crypto)

Currently, the ecosystem includes: the «ALGO» platform for algorithmic trading, the «AI NEWS» news feed that assists in trading, the unique trading terminal «Smart DOM», and the «1EX Token». We are seeking Lead Community and SMM Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Moderation of our channels on Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.
• Stealth promotion of our projects and services on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, among others.
• Creating and maintaining chat activities, actively engaging with the community.
• Complete project moderation: responding to user queries, creating, and updating FAQs.
• Conducting research and analysis of the cryptocurrency market, monitoring the news landscape of crypto projects.
• Developing and implementing strategies to engage the community and increase user activity.
• Organizing and hosting online events, AMA sessions, webinars and contests to enhance community engagement.

About You:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a community manager in a crypto project or a similar field.
• Experience in projects related to crypto, web3 is necessary.
• Excellent understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto space.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in Russian and English are a MUST.
• Degree in marketing or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in complex discussions.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in the news agenda and adapt community engagement strategies.
• High degree of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
