Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Metropolitan Premium Properties. As a key player in our Secondary Marketing Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to craft compelling designs for the top 5 real estate agencies in the UAE. Our clients operate on an international scale, serving a diverse clientele from Europe, the GCC, China, and around the globe.

What you’ll do:

Lead the web development team (1-3 people) to deliver results as per the business requirements for the project;

Gathering requirements, writing technical specifications for;

Creating and controlling tasks in the development team: work scope estimation, planning, prioritization (together with PM) and task decomposition;

Independently solving complex technical problems and/or assisting a team to achieve a business goal;

Maintaining project documentation;

Interaction with related departments - design, analytics and marketing;

Code review, analyzing code for improvements and optimizations.

What we’re looking for:

Experience managing small teams for one year or more;

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, understand the principles of React, Next.js;

Experience in creating your own JavaScript libraries and optimization of existing;

Good knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Unit Testing;

Understanding of the features of adaptive web-interface layout;

Experience using Slack, Jira, Confluence (know how to write automations);

Ability to manage your own and teams' resources and assess development risks;

Experience with Kanban continuous development methodology;

Fluent Russian (Russian-speaking team) and English would be advantageous.
