We are rapidly growing investment startup based in Europe, dedicated to connecting investors with businesses seeking growth capital. Now we are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. The Customer Support Manager will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with investors and portfolio companies, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer support representatives
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer support or related roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in customer support software and tools
