Responsibilities:

Actively source and screen potential candidates based on job requirements.

• Provide detailed summaries of candidates' qualifications and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Facilitate the offer process between clients and selected candidates.
• Support administrative and HR-related functions.
• Emphasize building a cohesive team with shared values and company fit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Expertise in digital marketing and sales hiring.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience building international remote teams.
