We are a rapidly growing BeautyTech startup at the forefront of innovation in the beauty and technology industry. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to become an invaluable part of our team and help us provide high-quality service to our users.

✔️ Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients over the phone to clarify queries, assist with onboarding, and solve emerging problems.

- Assist clients in chat and over the phone.

- Create and process tickets, maintain and update the support department's knowledge base.

- Work with Intercom, Pipedrive, JustCall, and Slack to ensure effective support and team communication.

 

📌 Requirements:

- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above

- At least 1 year of experience in sales or support departments.

- Access to a reliable internet connection and a high-quality headset for calls.

- Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.


👀 Work Conditions:

- 40-hour workweek in a remote work setting.

- Salary to be discussed based on interview results (start from $800). Salary in dollars.

- Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of formal employment thereafter.

- Relocation is possible.
