Senior/Lead Product Designer

Hi! We are a small design studio, which is divided into two teams and now we need a designer for a Fintech project in Serbia. Here is a short description of what you will be doing, the project itself will be told by hr at the interview (under nda).

Responsibilities:

Set up work standards in the team

Develop and implement design challenges of customers

Develop design system

Use product analytics metrics

Design UX scenarios

Make interactive prototypes

Work on a product with a highly loaded interface that large and complex

During this year need to refine the product design, also improve some metrics

Fully immerse yourself in the project and understand all its processes

Requirements:

Maintain consistency across platforms when implementing new solutions

Make decisions based on analytical data

Have practical experience in collecting and working with this data and know when and which method is best to use

Approach visual design in a systematic way, respecting the principles of atomicity and consistency

Analyze competitors and design trends to create unique and competitive solutions

Use expedient user experience mapping techniques to gather data on customer interactions with the product

Can demonstrate the success of hypotheses based on numbers

Know and apply approaches to usability evaluation

Deeply understand and know how to use Jobs-to-be-Done methodology

Take into account dependencies between different parts of the product when designing end-to-end scenarios

Track changes in metrics and indicators in the product when conducting experiments

Confident in using Figma and can teach it to others

Working conditions:
 

Office or hybrid in Belgrade

Fully remote work from another country, except Russia and Belarus

We help with paperwork for moving to Serbia, pay for health insurance and accommodation for 2 weeks

Registration according to the EA in Serbia, in the case of other countries is negotiated separately

Salary in dollars, up to 4k
