About the role: The Senior Product Manager will take responsibility for discovery, planning, strategy, execution, and analysis across the retention portfolio. This role will be heavily focused on the loyalty landscape, guiding new and improved customer experiences across the product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, and understand how to use qualitative and quantitative research as well as product discovery and design thinking techniques to make our product experiences more fun and more exciting. This key role will work with senior team members across product, product design, partnership, engineering, marketing, and external functions to create well-researched and innovative product strategies, always keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape, and drawing inspiration from various digital products and experiences. 

Responsibilities 
● Passion for digital product and customer experience – specifically loyalty and reward experiences 
● Ability to lead an agile development team, responsible for driving the strategic direction, building and prioritizing the product backlog, communicating requirements to UX and UI designers, software developers, QA and UAT testers, and successfully delivering product features 
● Desire to work closely with stakeholders across the organization within Marketing, CRM, Promotions, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Operations, Partnerships, and others to consider customer behavior and business drivers when working to help develop the product strategy. 
● Communicate and present to executive leadership 
● Construct cohesive and comprehensive documentation by leveraging data analytics and customer feedback that support the value proposition for new feature development and future optimizations 
● Ability to identify, mitigate, solve, and escalate, when necessary, tech impediments or dependencies 
● Customer-obsessed approach to improving user experience and design 
● Understand the complex technical landscape and identify opportunities for efficiencies across multiple platforms 

Qualifications: 
● 4+ years experience in product management, preferably B2B 
● Experience working with retention metrics is a must, experience working with loyalty programs, digital wallets, or payments is desirable 
● English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of Russian or Arabic is an advantage. 
● Experience in A/B testing 
● Experienced with agile planning, development, and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack, and similar 
● Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team 
● A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment. ● Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them. 
● Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage 
● Experience working on ticketing platforms, e-commerce websites, marketplace would be an advantage
