Ready to dive into the dynamic world of crypto media? We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Account Manager. Your ability to swiftly grasp industry intricacies and effectively communicate client requirements to our team is crucial. You'll be the backbone of our projects, ensuring the client’s targets are achieved. 

What to Expect:

  • Your primary goal? Forge enduring client relationships, comprehend their objectives and KPIs, and go the extra mile to achieve them.
  • Your success metrics include project delivery excellence and future targets like client satisfaction and retention rates.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client relationships across various advertising products, encompassing articles, sponsored content, press releases, banner ads, and newsletter integrations.
  • Work closely with senior performance specialists to devise communication plans and briefs for the editors.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and conduct comprehensive research, including the collection of statistics, data, and evidence of marketing activities, to prepare detailed reports.
  • Provide technical support by establishing tracking links, configuring promotional settings within the CMS, and facilitating the integration of partner content.
  • Oversee the execution of all live client promotions and provide fundamental coordination support for announcements and updates.
  • Actively engage in client calls, record meeting notes, and deliver concise summaries post-call.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of legal documentation.
  • Conduct necessary research using Google and provide supplementary assistance with content creation.

It’s a perfect match if you are:

  • Don't hold back! We're on the lookout for candidates with a fiery ambition and prior agency experience, particularly in production, media, or marketing. Multi-tasking should be second nature to you.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, - it’s a must. Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Meet, and Miro.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Cool, calm, and collected even when handling corrections.
  • A knack for numbers, data accuracy, and processing.
  • Crypto experience isn't mandatory, but will be a huge plus! A strong willingness to quickly grasp the industry is essential. We need someone ready to proactively bring creative solutions to clients, ensuring each piece of content aligns perfectly with the target interests.
