We are looking for a sales specialist to join our team :)
- First or second-year graduate (this is a junior position)
- SDR experience and writing sales emails experience of advantage
- English: excellent written and good spoken
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools would be a plus
- You are a control freak and you like making lists, finding mistakes, and keeping everything in the right order.
- We're looking for someone ready to own up to quality. Taking responsibility for maintaining high standards is a must in this role.
- Your laptop is a must.
- Readiness for daily manual tasks is a must.
- Manage the replies in the initial communication
- Manage 30 Clients simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming replies and appointments in the CRM system.
- Track statuses in the CRM system.
- Assist Senior SDRs with taking care of the assigned leads' categories
- Do the tech setup tasks - prepare CRM system for our clients, create Calendly account.
- Daily management of the emails that were not downloaded into CRM for technical reasons
- Increase in calls book rate from objection handling on negative replies
- Daily management of 10 clients
- Increase in calls booked/interested replies conversion rate
