Tech Project Manager

We’re currently seeking a Tech Project Manager to join the team here at Outside Digital. We are searching for someone who is a passionate leader dedicated to obtaining results. 

It is a great opportunity for those who want to grow into a PM role, have a business or QA background, and are ready to take on full project ownership.

Your focus will be on delivering functionality on time and with the required quality, managing the development process, and designing service logic on the technical side.

I PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
   • Lead project teams and ensure the achievement of project objectives.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies and tools.
   • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of technical components.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed.
3. Documentation:
   • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
   • Decompose user stories into epics and problems within sprint cycles.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
5. Sprint Management:
   • Determine sprint plans and schedules within the team's capacity to align with business needs
   • Monitor sprint progress and adjust as necessary to meet project timelines.

II MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry. It should be a match if you have experience in Business/System Analysis or QA.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
