Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative.

Ronas IT is in search of an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to fortify our team. The primary focus of this role is to spearhead the creation and execution of a lead generation strategy that not only attracts new clients but also fuels our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and nurture new business opportunities through various outbound prospecting channels, including email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Qualify and nurture leads as they progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and customers within a CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute effective lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to comprehend their business needs and pain points.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape.


  • Submission of an English resume is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with Apollo.io, Lemlist, Woodpecker, etc.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to achieve success.
