We're looking for a Head of Sales Department for our company.

Experience and Skills:

  • successful experience as a head of sales department in a crypto or fintech company;
  • good communication skills;
  • experience in training and forming a sales department;
  • English skills at a C1 level or better.

As the Head of Sales Department at PointPay, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, managing and teach the sales team to achieve departmental goals;
  • developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets;
  • identifying and pursuing opportunities for token sales, launchpad services, and crypto license services;
  • participation in the selection of new employees for your team;
  • set an example for the team and show how to sell;
  • reporting directly to the executive team and collaborating to enhance the company's sales efforts.
