Job Description

As a Russian-speaking recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our talent needs with the vast pool of Russian-speaking professionals. Your deep understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of both the UAE and Russian markets will be crucial to our expansion strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Recruit tech positions from Russian speaking countries.
  2. Understand and translate the company’s hiring needs into effective and efficient recruitment strategies targeting the Russian-speaking market.
  3. Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring cultural and professional alignment.
  4. Foster relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of talent.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs.
  6. Utilize job boards, networks, and platforms popular within the Russian-speaking community.
  7. Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract talent.
  8. Continuously update and maintain the candidate database.
  9. Ensure smooth onboarding for Russian-speaking hires, serving as a bridge between them and the company.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and trends within the Russian-speaking market.
  11. Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives and projects as needed.

 

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory. 
  2. Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
  7. Strong networking skills and a proven track record of successful placements.
  8. Self-motivated with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities.
