As a Russian-speaking recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our talent needs with the vast pool of Russian-speaking professionals. Your deep understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of both the UAE and Russian markets will be crucial to our expansion strategy.
- Recruit tech positions from Russian speaking countries.
- Understand and translate the company’s hiring needs into effective and efficient recruitment strategies targeting the Russian-speaking market.
- Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring cultural and professional alignment.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs.
- Utilize job boards, networks, and platforms popular within the Russian-speaking community.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract talent.
- Continuously update and maintain the candidate database.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and trends within the Russian-speaking market.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives and projects as needed.
- Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
