Middle Manual QA Engineer

What You Will Be Doing:

• Your work will be focused on tasks related to front-end and layout of pages.
• Independent execution of functional, regression, integration, and other types of testing is necessary to ensure the quality of the project.
• Participating in preparing test artifacts: test cases, checklists, test scripts, test plans, testing reports, and bug reports.
• Collaboration with colleagues from adjacent departments.
• Focus on operational excellence, constructively identifying problems and proposing solutions, taking on projects that improve your team’s software, making it better and easier to maintain;

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in web services and/or mobile applications testing;
• You are not afraid of a pixel-perfect approach.
• Experience in UX/UI.
• Experience in HTML + CSS testing.
• Knowledge of basic terms, concepts, and types of testing;
• Understanding of the software development process, the role of testing;
• Understanding REST API;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
• Excellent understanding of theory (fundamentals, methods, and types of testing) and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Experience working in an Agile environment (understand the difference between scrum/kanban);
• Strong ability to use development tools in a browser;
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Love working in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and open-mindedness;
• Experience in creating Test Cases and Bug Reports.
• A good level of English, Intermediate + (B1+). Fluent Russian.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in creating Test Reports, Test Plans, and Acceptance Sheets.
• Experience in writing autotests for REST API;
