We are looking for a brilliant Junior Relocation Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy, team-focused, and results-driven HR professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with relocating employees and their families by answering questions, providing the company's relocation policies, and supporting them during working hours.
  • Working with visas by checking relocants' documents and collaborating on relocation budgets.
  • Booking flights, hotels, and transfers to ensure smooth arrangements.
  • Preparing for business trips by purchasing tickets, booking hotels, arranging daily allowances, organizing transfers, and making payments for conference orders/tickets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in working with internal policies and budgets.
  • Knowledge of using Excel, Google Docs, and Forms.
  • Strong operational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly search and find information on the Internet.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • English proficiency at the B1 level.

Will be a plus:

  • Prior experience working as a relocation manager.
  • Experience in visa applications and understanding of the process.
