CTO (with PHP & React Expertise)

What you’ll do:

• Define the technological landscape for the platform that should support mid- and long-term business goals.
• Pick up suitable delivery and operation models, setting up all a level of metrics to provide data-driven decision making. 
• Create and justify IT roadmaps that should be aligned with the product roadmap and rely on proper planning and prioritization activities. 
• Build and maintain a team including profiling, job description, interviewing, staffing, onboarding, performance tracking, promoting and dismissal - to ensure that every developer has a personal development that is aligned with strategic goals and constantly improving their skills. 
• Manage expectations for key stakeholders, provide estimations and transparent reporting. 
• Govern the delivery across stakeholders, making sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality. 

It’s a perfect match if you have:

• Relevant experience and a proven track record in lead/managerial roles for at least three years. 
• Strong understanding and practical experience in handling complicated engineering issues, ensuring quality and timely delivery. 
• Experience and up-to-date knowledge of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions. 
• Ability to research and predict how different technologies can impact an organization's development. 
• Ability to handle conflicts with both people and technology using good communication skills with people of all levels. 
• Extensive experience with PHP, Wordpress, and React.
